Looking to grow, reset, or simply focus on becoming the best version of yourself? This 4-week course, led by a passionate local resident, will guide you through practical tools and techniques to support personal development and lasting change. Whether you're working on building confidence, improving habits, or exploring new ways to lead your life with intention, this class offers valuable insights for anyone on a journey of self-improvement.

Each session will cover a different aspect of self-discovery, goal-setting, and mindset shifts, with strategies you can apply in both personal and professional settings. Participants will receive a link to purchase a required textbook (approximately $20).

This class is for anyone ready to show up for themselves, dig deeper, and uncover the potential that’s already within.
